Engineer in instrumentation and process control, with more than 25 years of experience in the administration and development of technological projects for the measurement and management of hydrocarbons.
His participation in more than 200 projects on the subject of hydracarbons, has allowed him to know in depth the national and international energy market as well as to know the regulatory changes in transportation, storage, measurement and sale of hydrocarbons due to the Mexican Energy Reform.
He currently serves as Executive Director in the company GAETECH S.A. of C.V. providing advisory services and development of engineering projects for the Energy Sector.
